When the leather is stretched or pulled, the colour gets lighter in the pulled areas (also called pull-up leather). The beauty of this leather is its susceptibility to show colour changes, marks, and a rich patina (shine) over time, ensuring that no two pieces are identical. These oil pull-up belts are FULL GRAIN leather and will last a lifetime or longer if taken proper care of. One solid piece of leather. No bonded belts, period. This results in a belt that minimizes stretch and will never break or crack at the holes. The tough full grain leather is taken from the hide and handcrafted into the last belt that you will ever need.
